- taking photos and/or videos of the participant, processing such and/or photos provided by the client, other works of art depicting the client, their public display, reproduction and distribution, as part of the Organizer's commercial activities in the field of providing services for holding the event, in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
This Agreement is valid for an indefinite period.
